- 13.10.2026priti®perfect glaze extra fluo – perfect in any lightRestorations that look natural should be convincing not only in daylight. After all, patients are exposed to UV light more often than one might think—and modern UV-LED lamps increasingly operate at a wavelength of 395 nm. This is exactly where priti®perfect glaze extra fluo comes in: The new fluorescent glaze fluoresces at both 365 nm and 395 nm, ensuring a natural-looking appearance under various lighting conditions. At the same time, it offers particularly intense fluorescence and efficient processing—it can be completed in just one firing. Key facts at a glance:Fluorescence at 365 nm and 395 nmParticularly intense fluorescenceNatural-looking appearance under various lighting conditionsCan be completed in just one firingPritidenta GmbHRead more
- 13.10.2026Speedsintern: Now Even Faster in the Sintering ProcessWith the priti®multidisc ZrO₂ products, speed sintering programs for restorations ranging from 1 to 14 units can now be carried out safely, reproducibly, and efficiently. These high-performance zirconia materials thus open up new possibilities for maximum flexibility in everyday laboratory work. Whether it’s a single crown, a multi-unit bridge, or complex restorations—the priti®multidisc ZrO₂ materials support fast turnaround times without compromising stability, aesthetics, or process reliability. This enables dental technicians to optimally adapt their manufacturing processes to meet the growing demands for short production times and high precision. Advantages at a Glance ✅ Faster ResultsThanks to optimized Speed Sinter programs, restorations can be fabricated in record time:• Single crowns in 40 minutes• 1–3-unit bridges in 70 minutes• 4–14-unit bridges (up to 10 mm thick, without gingiva) in 85 minutes• With gingiva and up to 15 mm thickness in 140 minutes ✅ Complete reliability: The mechanical properties of priti®multidisc ZrO₂ materials are fully preserved even during the Speed Sinter process. Strength, load-bearing capacity, and biocompatibility remain at the usual high level—without any compromises. ✅ Aesthetics at the highest level Compared to standard sintering, there are only minimal deviations in color intensity and translucency. The aesthetic results remain consistently high and meet the highest standards for natural tooth restorations.Pritidenta GmbHRead more
- 13.10.2026Sintering in a Microwave Oven - Parameters & OptimizationSintering is a crucial step in the manufacture of dental restorations made of zirconia. As part of the ongoing development of our sintering processes, we have therefore tested various programs in the microwave furnace—with the goal of further optimizing the process in terms of cycle time and energy consumption. Targeted Further Development of Sintering ProcessesTo determine suitable parameters, various programs were tested in the microwave furnace and evaluated for their efficiency and the quality of the results. The focus was on three aspects: the shortest possible process duration, low energy consumption, and a reliable, aesthetically high-quality restoration. Aesthetics Comparable to Standard SinteringIn addition to process optimization, the quality of the sintering results was, of course, also a key focus. The program tested in the microwave furnace achieved aesthetics comparable to those of standard sintering. This experiment thus demonstrates that aesthetically high-quality results can be achieved even with an optimized microwave sintering process.Pritidenta GmbHRead more
- 13.11.2025CORiTEC® splint comfort MSI by pritidentaThere are many flexible splint materials with a thermal memory effect available on the dental market. The CORiTEC® splint comfort MSI milling blank, featuring the new MSI® technology, is truly unique. The combination of the thermal memory effect and the patented MSI® technology (Multi-Species Inhibition) makes this BPA-free plastic material a true game-changer—for dentists, labs, and, above all, for patients. What makes it special: The integrated MSI® technology was specifically developed by Unilever/Penrhos Bio to reduce plaque buildup and the formation of cavities. Inspired by the red alga Delisea pulchra, which naturally inhibits microbial communication, this technology combats not only the formation of conventional biofilms but also particularly resilient multi-species biofilms. Convincing benefits:MSI® technology – significant reduction of plaque and multi-species biofilmsThermo Memory effect – perfect fit through temperature-sensitive responseSelf-adjusting, durable, and highly flexibleNo yellowing, extremely durable, and biocompatibleBlanks available in 16 mm and 20 mm heightsEffective: Two splints can be milled from a single blank Suitable for all common types of splints: occlusal, reflex, repositioning, stabilization, and therapeutic splints Flexible, efficient, and biocompatible: With innovative MSI® technology, the unique thermo-memory effect for self-adjusting flexibility, and the ability to mill two splints from a single blank, CORiTEC® splint comfort MSI offers state-of-the-art splint therapy for all types of splints.Pritidenta GmbHRead more
- 13.11.2025Color Control Through the Sintering Process—A New Method at pritidenta®Dental technicians who demand the highest standards of aesthetics and precision know that standard solutions quickly reach their limits when it comes to color matching for zirconia. Those seeking more shades, design options, and control will now find an innovative solution at pritidenta. The company specializes in the development of high-quality zirconia products, such as priti®multidisc ZrO2, in various levels of translucency. Two alternative sintering programs have been developed that allow the color appearance of restorations to be specifically varied—without compromising the safety or material properties of the zirconia.Color Control via the Sintering ProcessThe preset color of zirconia can be controlled within defined limits. The key factor in pritidenta’s sintering processes is the amount of heat applied during sintering:Higher heat input → lighter, more subtle color; lightness value (L*) increases; red (a*) and yellow (b*) components decrease. Lower heat input → more intense, warmer color; lightness (L*) is slightly reduced; red (a*) component increases. Thus, the sintering process opens up new possibilities for aesthetic fine-tuning. The programs were successfully tested by pritidenta application technicians on 1- to 14-unit zirconia restorations. Note: For precise results, sintering should be performed exclusively in calibrated furnaces. A final temperature measurement using PTC rings (MTH) from pritidenta is recommended.Tips for Dental Technicians: The color effect is more pronounced in bridges and larger restorations. PTC rings (MTH) allow for reliable monitoring of the actual heat input. Differences can be clearly documented using bridge samples under various cycles as well as two Vita shade guides (light & chromatic). Advantages at a Glance ✅ Expanded color spectrum – lighter & more subtle or more intense & warmer, depending on individual requirements✅Proven safety – no impairment of flexural strength, hardness, or biocompatibility with priti®multidisc ZrO₂✅Reliable process – tested on 1- to 14-unit restorations, safe in calibrated furnacesPritidenta GmbHRead more
