Cologne, October 30, 2025 – IDS online GmbH was recognized as an AI innovator by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (diind). The award was presented by Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister of Economics, who praised the company’s commitment to practical digital innovations in the dental industry.

A prime example is the Order Process Hub (OPH)—an AI-powered solution that automatically processes and validates orders from a wide variety of channels and integrates them into existing systems. “One of our larger customers now processes over 400 orders per month fully automatically via the OPH—clear proof of how artificial intelligence creates real added value and efficiency in the dental industry,” explains Michael Mollath, Managing Director of IDS online GmbH.
