Through their new partnership, VOCO and Redon are creating the ideal conditions for this: specially validated milling strategies enable precise and cost-effective processing of VOCO’s CAD/CAM portfolio on Redon’s milling systems. The specially optimized machine parameters enable precise and cost-effective processing of the nanoceramic hybrid materials and ensure that their properties can be utilized to the fullest. The right material for every occasion—from crowns to dentures
For more than 40 years, VOCO has been developing high-quality composite materials in Germany. With its CAD/CAM portfolio of nanoceramic hybrids for indirect restorations, VOCO is setting new standards: The fully polymerized Grandio blocs and Grandio disc composites, with a filler content of 86%, are the strongest in their class and offer perfect tooth-like appearance. With Grandio disc multicolor, restorations can be positioned flexibly and offer a natural color gradient from the incisal edge to the cervical region. The materials are indicated for the fabrication of crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers, implant-supported crowns, and the veneering of framework constructions. CediTEC DT (Denture Teeth) enables the fabrication of individual denture teeth, from tooth segments to complete denture arches, for removable prosthetics. For the fabrication of temporary and semi-permanent restorations, Structur CAD offers the highest quality and aesthetics. CAD/CAM-fabricated restorations are precise, easily reproducible, customizable, and polish exceptionally well. They are characterized by fast processing and excellent millability.
