Smart packaging—hygienically sealed in blistersSince 2018, customers have been able to order discovery® smart brackets hygienically packaged in foil-sealed blisters. The discovery® smart sl brackets also undergo a complex cleaning process involving up to seven cleaning steps. High-precision robots place the brackets into the blisters in the correct orientation according to FDI codes as part of an automated process. The blisters are then hygienically sealed with two layers of film.
