The CAD/CAM product line includes VITABLOCS Mark II and TriLuxe forte (feldspar ceramic blocks), VITA ENAMIC (hybrid ceramic with a dual network structure), VITA SUPRINITY PC (zirconia-reinforced glass-ceramic), and the VITA YZ zirconia series with various degrees of translucency (T, HT, ST, XT). The range is complemented by VITA CAD-Temp for temporary restorations and VITA ENAMIC IS for implant-supported restorations. The materials are available as blocks and discs for common open CAD/CAM systems.

VITA VIONIC SOLUTIONS is a coordinated material system for digital denture fabrication. It includes the VITA VIONIC DENT DISC multiColor for milling dental components, the VITA VIONIC BASE DISC HI for denture bases, the pre-fabricated VITA VIONIC VIGO denture tooth, and the VITA VIONIC DIGITAL VIGO tooth library for 3Shape and exocad. Since 2025, 3D printing materials such as VITA VIONIC BASE RESIN IMPACT and VITA VIONIC DENT RESIN, as well as VITA VIONIC BASE RESIN FLEX, have expanded the product portfolio.

VITA AMBRIA is a zirconia-reinforced lithium disilicate pressable ceramic with a flexural strength of over 500 MPa. It is suitable for veneers, inlays, onlays, partial and full crowns, as well as three-unit bridges extending up to the second premolar. The pellets are available in various translucency levels (T, HT, ST) and as medium-opacity variants. VITA AMBRIA is compatible with standard press furnaces and comes with a matching muffle system and investment material.

VITA offers two analog shade systems: the VITA classical A1-D4, established in 1956, with 16 tooth shades, and the VITA SYSTEM 3D-MASTER with 26 systematically arranged tooth shades. For digital shade determination, the VITA Easyshade V and the VITA Easyshade LITE are available. These spectrophotometers display the tooth shade in seconds, regardless of ambient light. The VITA Bleachedguide 3D-MASTER rounds out the product line for monitoring bleaching treatments.

VITA CAD/CAM materials are available as blocks for CEREC/inLab and as discs in a universal format (98.4 mm diameter) for open CAD/CAM systems. VITA YZ discs can be processed using any open system capable of milling discs with a diameter of 98.4 mm, including a circumferential groove. System partners include CORiTEC, DMG, Roeder, and others.
