Bausch ...we make Occlusion visible®
Dentists Dr. Jean Bausch and Dr. Hans Bausch, the company’s founders, recognized early on the need to develop pressure-sensitive articulation paper in order to visualize the occlusion as precisely as possible. Since 1953, Dr. Jean Bausch GmbH & Co. KG has specialized in the manufacture of articulation papers with high color transfer. The proven BK 01 product was the first articulation paper to depict different occlusal forms using varying shades of color. This principle of progressive color transfer remains an important method for the precise identification of high spots. Precise color transfer onto surfaces such as ceramic, acrylic, or metal is our top priority. As a result, we have developed an extensive range of articulation and occlusion testing materials in various thicknesses, shapes, and colors, making us one of the world’s leading manufacturers. As a second-generation family-owned business, we remain committed to innovation and consistent product development. At IDS 2019 in Cologne, we introduced the new OccluSense® system for digital occlusion analysis. All of our products are manufactured in strict compliance with the European Medical Device Regulation and under the constant supervision of our quality assurance team in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485.
