3. access data/server log files

When you visit our website, the servers automatically save the information that your browser sends, so-called server log files. The information includes

Our website stores cookies. Cookies are small files that enable specific information related to the device to be stored on the user's access device (PC, smartphone or similar). On the one hand, they serve the user-friendliness of websites and thus the users (e.g. storage of login data). On the other hand, they serve to collect statistical data on website usage and to be able to analyze it for the purpose of improving the offer. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.

We will store and use personal data voluntarily provided by you, i.e. to the extent necessary for further correspondence with you.

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your data from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for the case of follow-up questions pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

7. newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified e-mail address and agree to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form is based exclusively on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter or by e-mail to: hello@ids.online. 8. online portal dental manufacturer directory

On our website, you have the possibility to maintain and edit an entry for dental manufacturers that we have pre-filled with publicly viewable information, and to communicate with customers via this entry. If you would like to edit your entry, you will first be asked to register with us once and to enter a password. You will then have access to our protected partner area. For more information, please refer to our terms of use. We process the data you provide exclusively to keep your entry accessible on our website. Insofar as you have entered personal data in addition to the publicly viewable information about your company, your data will be collected, processed and used by the provider exclusively for the purposes arising from this contract for the performance of this contract in compliance with the statutory provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation. 9. salesViewer®

If you have expressly and actively consented to this when accessing our website via our tracking tool, we use the SalesViewer service of the company SalesViewer GmbH, Nikolaistraße 2, 44866 Bochum, Germany, on our website. The transmission and processing of personal data takes place exclusively on servers in the European Union. The referrer, name, origin and industry of the visiting company, keyword, visitor behavior (e.g. subpages visited, visit time, visit duration) are processed by integrating a javascript-based code. The data collected using this technology is encrypted using a non-reversible one-way function (known as hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymized and not used to personally identify the visitor to this website.

Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users' experiences (e.g., how much time they spend on which pages, which links they click, what users like and don't like, etc.) and enables us to build and maintain our Service based on user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data about the behavior of our users and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language in which our website is displayed. To our employees and to the hoster of our website. The hoster is Amazon AWS, South Dublin Data Center, Greenhills Road, Tymon North, Dublin, Ireland.

12. duration of storage

We delete your personal data immediately after the purpose has been achieved. Thus, we store your data from your emails and the contact form until your request is fully processed and completed. After that, the information is usually deleted.

We delete information from the dental manufacturer directory immediately after you have informed us that you no longer wish to maintain an entry with us.

Otherwise, we will check on an annual basis whether the data stored by you can be deleted.

Session cookies are automatically deleted by us after your website visit. Access data and server log files are deleted after one week. Please note that certain data is subject to retention obligations under commercial and tax law of at least six (§ 257 HGB) or ten (§147 AO) years.
