Ritter is the oldest premium brand of dental chairs in the world and was founded in New York in 1887 by the German Frank Ritter.

As early as 1917, Ritter launched the first Ritter unit, a beautifully designed treatment unit including all the necessary individual devices and instruments such as drills, saliva ejectors, floating table, water and air syringes. With this design, according to which the treatment room was equipped for the first time according to labor-saving aspects, Ritter achieved a leading position worldwide. And today: The treatment units developed by Ritter are still part of the standard equipment in every dental practice. After more than 130 years of experience, the German owner-managed company stands more than ever for innovative workflow in the modern dental practice. The Ritter treatment centers are manufactured in Biberach an der Riß, Germany.
