Dentrade GmbH & Co. KG was founded in Cologne in 1988 by Peter Bausch. Peter Bausch, a trained food technologist, had already established ties to the dental industry during his childhood. He comes from a long-established Cologne family of dentists and entrepreneurs. He is currently the managing director of Dr. Jean Bausch GmbH & Co. KG and Dentrade GmbH & Co. KG in Cologne, Germany. As the painful effects of CMD (temporomandibular joint disorder) have become more prevalent, Dentrade, in collaboration with experienced dentists, oral surgeons, physical therapists, and others, has developed many products designed to alleviate these symptoms.
